Vivo redakti

Korman naskiĝis en Montrealo, Kebekio, Kanado, kie li vivis ĝis 1970. Estante sepjaraĝa, li translokiĝis kun sia familio al Thornhill, norde de Toronto, kie li ekzamenis elementan kaj mezlernejon. Post diplomiĝo de mezlernejo, li translokiĝis al Usono por kolegion en Universitato de Novjorko, kie li studis kinon kaj scenarverkadon. Korman ricevis bakalaŭron en arto de Universitato de Novjorko en 1985 [1].

Kariero redakti

Korman verkis sian unuan romanon kiam li estis 12-jaraĝa dum li estis en somera tendaro. Lia 7-a-grada angla instruisto estis atletika trejnisto kiu instruis la anglan por la unua fojo en sia vivo. Li devigis siajn studentojn verki romanon dum la semestro, kaj tiu laboro iĝis la unua romano de Korman [1].

En 1978, kiam Korman estis 14-jaraĝa, antaŭ diplomiĝo de mezlernejo, li verkis kaj publikigis kvin romanojn [1].

Korman verkis pli ol 80 furorantajn romanojn, kiujn li verkis dum tri jardekoj. Aktuale en 2021, liaj romanoj vendis pli ol 17 milionojn da ekzemperoj [1][2].
