Gregory Mathews
Gregory Macalister Mathews (10a de septembro 1876 - 27a de marto 1949) estis aŭstralia amatora ornitologo.

Mathews riĉiĝis ĉe minado kaj translokiĝis al Anglio ĉirkaŭ 1900.
Li estis parolisto de la British Ornithologists' Club dum 1935-1938.[1] Li iĝis CBE en 1939 pro siaj servoj al ornitologio.[2]
Mathews priskribis la M. s. musgravei, nune agnoskataj kiel subspecio de la Splenda maluro, en 1922 konsiderata nova specio de birdo.[3]
