: Of course the two should be merged! As for the perfect name, I'm not sure. It seems like the only two composers that have any œuvre categories are Bach and Mendelssohn, so we don't really have much of a precedence to go by. Since we already have [[:Kategorio:Komponaĵoj]], which obviously should be a parent category for all of these categories, I feel it would be more straightforward to leave that word in the category name. This would mean that the Mendelssohn category would need to be renamed. If you agree then I will post a message to that effect on that category. (It seems that [[Vikipediisto:Longharulo|Longharulo]], "der Langhaarige", who also is a German, created that category. You might want to talk with him directly.) As for creating a new category for "Compositions by composer", I don't think that would be helpful at this time. [[:Kategorio:Komponaĵoj]] has no subcategories other than [[:Kategorio:Komponaĵoj de Bach]], so there is no need for an additional level of hierarchy; it would only make things unnecessarily complicated. Also, hier für Darev, zunächst mal die Übersetzung vom Langhaarigen: Das Problem, das ich angesprochen habe, hat L. gerade beseitigt, da er die Kategorie ''Werke von JSB'' in ''Kompositionen von JSB'' umbenannt hat, und dasselbe für Mendelssohn gemacht hat. Er stimmt mir zu, dass wir ein einheitliches Muster für die Kategoriesierung haben sollten. Darüber hinaus schlägt er (wie Du) vor, eine Überkategorie "Kompositionen nach Komponist" anzulegen.<br><br>
:::: Die Überkategorie "Kompositionen nach Komponist" halte ich nicht für eine gute Idee. Da wir gegenwärtig ja überhaupt keine anderen Kategorien unter "Kompositionen" haben, macht die zusätzlich eingeschobene Hierarchieebene für mich keinen Sinn. Aber mir fällt gerade auf, dass die Esperanto-Kategoriesierung etwas aus dem Lot ist, wenn man sie mal mit Englisch und Deutsch vergleicht. Kategorien wie "Musikalisches Werk nach Epoche", die im Deutschen unter "Musikalisches Werk" kategoriesiert sind, sind hier direkt unter "Muziko". So gesehen, erfüllt die Kategorie "Komponaĵoj" bereits die Funktion der Kategorie "Musikalisches Werk nach Komponist". Zu überlegen wäre, ob wir sie dann auch entsprechend umbenennen sollten. Der Vorteil wäre, dass es dann besser zu den anderen "Muziko laŭ ..."-Kategorien passen würde, aber ich glaube, dass das durch zwei Nachteile überwogen würde: Wir hätten dann keine Kategorie für unkategorieisierte Kompositionen mehr, und der Name wäre unnötig lang und zu einem gewissen Grad redundant. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass sie einfacher zu finden wäre, da ja der Schlüsselbegriff "komponisto" dem Begriff "komponaĵoj" sehr ähnlich ist. --[[Vikipediisto:Sebastian|Sebastian]] 08:36, 14.
