Linio 314:
But constructed languages have targets. To my opinion they should have. Zamenhof has written in detail about his intentions. Esperanto should be an easy to learn means of understanding for everybody. So it is not intended for such people, who first learned latin during countless hours and then come to learn simplified latin dialects as latino sine flexione, latino semplificato or interlingua. The authors of new projects should clarify their targets. To say simply, it is "fasile" without intensive proof is not sufficient.
Re recognizability of vocabulary. This is one of the subjects discussed among supporters of language projects. Among them details:
* percentage of generally known latin roots
* recognizable amap "original" orthography
For people who do not know any latin or latinid or other european languages other details are important for recognizability (for the rest of mankind too):
*The regularity.
