==Biografio==
Naskiĝinta en la 27a de Marto 1966 en [[Salcburgo]], Balàka studis anglan kaj italan en la Institut für Übersetzer- und Dolmetscherausbildung (Instituto por Tradukado kaj Interpretado) en [[Vieno]], kaj gradiĝis en 1991. Ŝiaj studoj inkludis etendajn veturojn en Brition kaj Usonon. Ŝi ekde tiam laboris kiel libera verkisto kaj tradukisto en Vieno.
