Peter Brook

Edukita en Lernejo Gresham kaj Universitato de Oksfordo. En 1941 komencis kunlaboron kun Shakespeare Memorial Theatre, kiu poste transformiĝis al Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Tie surscenigis interalie verkojn de William Shakespeare kiel La Tragedio de Reĝo Lear aŭ Somermeznokta sonĝo.

En 1970 kreis kune kun Micheline Rozan Internacian Centron de Teatra Kreado kaj en 1974 transprenis parizan Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, surscenigante la baratan eposon Mahabarato.
