Dragut (turke Turgut Reis) (1485 – 23a de junio 1565) estis Otomangreka admiralo kaj pirato kiu ankaŭ servis kiel Bejo de Alĝero; Bejbejo de Mediteraneo; kaj unua Bejo, poste Paŝao, de Tripoli. Sub lia ŝiparkomando la marpovo de la Otomana Imperio etendiĝis tra Nordafriko.^[1] Kiam Turgut estis servante kiel paŝao, li ornamigis kaj finkonstruigis la urbon Tripoli, farante ĝin unu el la plej impresaj urboj laŭlonge de la nordafrika marbordo.^[2]
