THIS IS NOT THE FLAG OF THE KINGDOM OF ROMANIA! The Kingdom of Romania used the standard Romanian tricolor.
Flag of the Romanian Army, in use between 1926 (when the first ones were awarded) and 1947. Monograms belong to king Ferdinand I. Last ones with this monogram were awarded probably in May 1930.
