Saluton, after apologizing for not being able to write/speak Esperanto, I apologize for this intrusion. My name is Claudi Balaguer (User Capsot from the Catalan Wikipedia and Occitan Wikiccionari) and I belong to the Amical de la Viquipèdia, a Catalan association, which is trying to be accepted as a Chapter but has seen its demand rejected because it does not have a/one state. Thus we have organized a campaign to draw support to our demand in many Wikipedias and have reached a good number of people supporting our cause. I saw your, very interesting, userpage on Meta and thought that our cause might find a friendly ear even if at the end you should decide not to support us. I think that the Esperantist movement shares a similar interest and helping create a Catalan Chapter would open the way to small languages associations or languages without official boundaries (like Esperanto or Rom).
