Medikonservado, konservisma movado, ankaŭ konata kiel naturprotektado, estas politika, media kaj socia movado kiu celas protekti naturajn resursojn inkluzive de bestoj, fungoj kaj plantospecioj same kiel ilian vivejon por la posta tempo.
