Mi dirus, ke ili estis ĝustaj, kvankam unu ne nepre estis necesa (en "ĉefe, tial ke" sufiĉus ŝanĝi la komon, al "ĉefe tial, ke"). Ankaŭ la singularo de "belga, nederlanda kaj germana landlimoj" estas por mi akceptebla, sed same via pluralo.

Saluton! You recently changed a factual explanation for a repetition of misunderstanding by a biased third party. Many people understand this wrong, so I don't blame you, it's a complicated topic, but it's NOT true that you cannot know the exact location offline. The truth is way more nuanced. There is some truth in this, but not to the degree that your cited source asserts: if you get reasonably close to your target, any reference location is enough, because the subgrid is ALWAYS aligned the same way, and the reference location does NOT have to be in the right prefix, see original OLC documentation. Mi ĵus redaktis tie, pardonu ke mi akcidente (poŝtelefone) aldonis komenton al via Esperanta kaj ne via Angla paĝo. La qalocate-ulo ne estas fidebla fonto, li ofertas alternativan kaj honeste multe malpli bonan produkton. Ĝuste antaŭ ol mi unuafoje redaktis tie, alia ulo "krause" el Brazilo kiu ankaŭ neniam eĉ post multfoja klarigado komprenis ĉi tiun elementon redaktis la paĝon kun simila sensencaĵo. Vidu ĉu vi povas plibonigi mian redakton kiun mi ĵus faris tie en la angla versio. Mi aldonis fonton pri mia klarigo kiu referencas al la origina difino de mallongaj kodoj, kie ĝi eksplicite klarigas ke neniel necesas precizeco de la referenco-loko. Mi mem uzas tiun fakton en mia implemento en whenwhere.cf: vi povas enmeti mallongajn kodojn kun aŭ sen urbo, kaj ĝi simple ignoras tiun parton -- ĝi supozas ke vi jam navigaciis sufiĉe proksime unue.
