I don't see here any discussion about current name of this article. Why russificated "Cĥinval" in esperanto? If we are really interested in NPOV per common used and widespread issues name of this article must be Cĥinvali. --Giorgi Balakhadze (diskuto) 23:34, 19 Feb. 2016 (UTC)
- Actually, Цхинвал is Tskhinvali in Ossetian language. Ilja Drakonov (diskuto) 11:21, 20 Feb. 2016 (UTC).
